How does Nudgey follow up my quotes?
Once you log a quote, Nudgey sends follow up messages from your name, first one on day 4, another on day 8, and a final check in on day 15. They go out by SMS and email and look like you typed them yourself.
Will it look like the messages come from me?
Yep. Your customers see your name and reply directly to you. Nudgey runs quietly in the background. There's no "sent by Nudgey" branding in any of the messages.
What if the customer replies or says stop?
Once a customer replies, or you mark a quote as won or lost, Nudgey stops all follow ups for that job automatically. If someone asks to stop or says unsubscribe, they're removed straight away. And if they ring or text you directly, just tap Won or Lost in the app and Nudgey stops.
